Sober Living Apartments
A 38-bed dorm style setting designed to support newly sober men and women in strengthening recovery goals. Applicants must have completed a treatment program within the last 12 months and have at least 30 days of sobriety.
Family Way is comprised of 24 apartments that provide a supportive living environment for signal pregnant women, single mothers, single fathers and their children
24 single occupancy apartments for low-income individuals in early recovery. Apartments are fully furnished with utilities covered.
Intensive morning and evening outpatient services are designed to meet the needs of individuals who do not require a residential setting. Our Intensive Outpatient Program focus on:
Understanding your addiction or dependence
Being proactive in your recovery
Creating a community support system
Addressing Family Dynamics
Creating a plan of self-care
Establishing a plan for sobriety
Matrix is for those who have had a history of stimulant use and/or have had multiple treatment attempts. It is a proven effective, evidence-based treatment program which is comprehensive and multi-format program The program covers six key clinical areas:
Individual/conjoint therapy
Early Recovery
Relapse Prevention
Family Education
Social Support
Drug Testing
This is a specialized outpatient program available for those whose lives have been impacted by opiate abuse. Counselors, Nurses and Physicians meet with clients providing therapy groups as well as medication management. The program can last up to 12 months.
